  Typically terrific. However, if you're a business owner, ensure that you have a representative that understands the intricacies of year end reporting (2% shareholder, etc). Our rep advised me that we would have $1,000+ in fees for "amended returns" because we were still calculating these numbers on January 4 and Paychex was already "processing" W2s. Not only was she a smart mouth, she was factually incorrect.
